FAQ-Shipping & Delivery Questions


Where do you ship to?  Currently, we only ship to the continental United States.  We also do not ship to PO Boxes.  If you have a specific question, please contact us at customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we will work with you to try to accommodate any circumstance.

How much is the shipping cost?  Shipping is included in all of our listed prices within the continental United States.  We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

When should I expect my subscription box products to arrive? This depends on the type of product you ordered:

  • My Fairy Tale Box and My Fairy Tale Box PLUS  - this depends on where you live but in general, we ship the last week of each month.  Your box should arrive by the end of the second week of the following month (usually much sooner) and depends on the season.  We ship from the Dallas, Texas area so the closer you are to Dallas the sooner your products will arrive!
  • My Fairy Tale Postcards - If you have purchased My Fairy Tale Postcards or My Fairy Tale Box PLUS, you will receive postcards every week throughout the length of your subscription. Postcards are placed in the mail every Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).  All postcards are shipped via the US Postal Service from the Dallas, Texas area.
  • Special Occasion Boxes - these products include My Birthday Bear Box, My Tooth Fairy Kit and My Dragon Tooth Fairy Kit.  These are one-time purchases and ship within 72 hours of ordering.  All products are shipped via the US Postal Service.  Tracking information is provided via email or you can contact us through email at customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we can provide the tracking details for you.

How do I track a subscription box shipment?  Our system will send an automated email with tracking numbers so you can track your shipment.  You can also send an email to customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we can track it down for you.  All of our products are shipped using the US Postal Service.  

What if I didn't receive my weekly postcard?  While we don't anticipate missing any weeks, in some instances postcards can get lost in the mail (it happens).  Simply let us know by sending an email to customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we will send out another one asap. You don't want to miss a week for your collection! 

How do I update my shipping information?  Please login to your account and simply change your shipping information.  If you don't have an account, please send us an email to customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we can make the necessary updates for you.

What happens if I order both a subscription box product and a one-time special occasion box?  Shipping is included in all of our pricing so the individual Special Occasion Box would ship within 72 hours of your order and the subscription product would ship on their regular shipping cycles.

Do you ship partial orders or only full orders?  All of our boxes (subscription or special occasion boxes) are packed full with all the items before they ship.  

My order shipped but tracking is not available on from the US Postal Service website.  How do I determine where my package is?  Tracking information may not be available for the first 48-72 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.  If its been more than 72 hours and you are still having trouble tracking your package, please contact us via email at customerservice@myimaginationmail.com and we will track down the package or get another in the mail asap!
